Policies
Appointments:
Clients are asked to arrive atleast 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete or review their intake form. If a client arrives late for an appointment the time will be deducted from services or may be asked to reschedule at the descretion of owner. Client will also be required to pay the full amount price for service even if he or she arrives late and wishes not to reschedule. If you are more than 20 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule. This is done to keep appointments to start and end at it's scheduled time so that the next client services are not delayed.
Cancellation:
It is understanable that things come up and it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment, if so a 24 hour notice is required to avoid being charged for a scheduled appointment. No shows will be charged for the full time fee of the scheduled appointment, if using a gift certificate it will not be honored or used for another time. If a scheduled appointment is missed without a 24 hour noticed the client will be asked to prepay ahead of time before scheduling any future appointments. No exceptions so please be considerate
Draping:
No sexual gestures or conversation of any kind is permitted. If so the session is over and the client will be asked to leave. There is no refund or the total fee for services rendered will still be due.
Groupons:
Groupons must be redeemed within 90 days; after 90 days it may be used and deducted from the regular price of the services rendered.
